Overview
Picking out a new planner for the year was always one of my favorite things to do as a student and still is as an adult! I would definitely consider myself more “type A” when it comes to planning and organization, so a good planner with an efficient layout is something that is very important to me. I have tried countless different brands and types of planners over the years, but I always find myself coming back to Day Designer. One of the things I love most about their planners is the variety of layout options. Each planner contains a handful of goal planning worksheets at the front to help you outline actionable steps to achieving your weekly, monthly, and overall goals. This spread will be followed by a monthly calendar, and either a week at-a-glance, or a daily schedule depending on which format you choose. I personally prefer the daily planners which is what I chose this year!
Daily Planner
I opted for the 2024 Daily Planner in the print “Casa Bella”. The blue & white pattern is so cute and classic while the hard cover and gold hardware give it a more sophisticated look and feel. My favorite thing about these planners is that they feature one day on a single page. You are provided with space to outline your top three priorities for the day, a time blocking section, and a to-do list. The bottom of the page holds an additional notes section and a space for daily gratitude. I love that I can see everything in one place! The time blocking section ensures that I can manage my day efficiently and plug in tasks from my to-do list at specific times. Having a detailed overview such as this works really well for me and helps me keep track of all of the things I juggle during a given day!
