I have always had trouble finding casual dresses that I can easily throw on during the Spring and Summer time. I tend to only wear dresses for special occasions, and never really considered myself a “dress person” for that reason. On casual days, I usually opt for shorts or jeans with a cute top. I thought these dresses were perfect staples – they are lightweight, comfortable, stretchy, and hit just above the knee. They can easily be dressed up or down for any occasion from a casual work-from-home day to a night out for dinner. They easily pair with a canvas sneaker, Jack Rogers or sandals, and even a jean jacket on a chillier day. Throw on some gold jewelry, and you have the perfect nautical-inspired outfit!
